- Recruitment applications (Developer, Marketing, Investor/Manager categories): full name, Gmail address, country, and your answers to the application questions (e.g. skills, experience, project links, motivation).
- Contact requests: any information you choose to include when emailing us or messaging us on social media.
- Cookies: technical and, if you consent, analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy below).
We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide a password to submit a recruitment application.

The legal basis for processing this data is your consent, given when you submit the application form, and our legitimate interest in building and managing our recruitment pipeline.
4. Where your data is stored
Application data submitted through our recruitment forms is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. Supabase acts as our data processor and applies industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and restricted access controls (Row Level Security) so that only authorized SYRIX VISION administrators can view or manage applications.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
5. Who has access to your data
Only a small number of authorized SYRIX VISION administrators have access to submitted applications, through a password-protected admin dashboard. Access is limited to what is necessary to review applications and contact applicants.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain recruitment application data for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and, if you join SYRIX VISION, for the duration of your involvement with the community. If your application is rejected or you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to or restrict certain processing
